Medicago SmartBuffers® pre-formulated tablet — dissolves in 500 mL of deionized water to prepare Tris Buffered Saline with Tween 20 (TBS-T) pH 7.6. GMP manufactured by Medicago AB (Uppsala, Sweden). For research use. Available worldwide.

SmartBuffers® eliminate the need to weigh individual buffer salts — each pre-measured tablet dissolves in the specified volume to deliver precise pH, molarity, and ionic strength. Reduces preparation time, eliminates weighing error, and ensures reproducible buffer composition batch-to-batch. TBS-T is the standard Western blot wash and blocking buffer. Tween 20 (0.05%) reduces non-specific antibody binding during Western blot incubation and wash steps. For immunohistochemistry and ELISA applications requiring phosphate-free wash buffer with surfactant.
