SmartBuffers® eliminate the need to weigh individual buffer salts — each pre-measured tablet dissolves in the specified volume to deliver precise pH, molarity, and ionic strength. Reduces preparation time, eliminates weighing error, and ensures reproducible buffer composition batch-to-batch. TBS-T is the standard Western blot wash and blocking buffer. Tween 20 (0.05%) reduces non-specific antibody binding during Western blot incubation and wash steps.
