BIOPHEN™ FVII is a chromogenic assay for Factor VII activity in citrated plasma or purified medium. Components: R1 (recombinant tissue factor + FX + phospholipids + CaCl?), R2 (FXa chromogenic substrate). For FVII deficiency diagnosis (most common rare bleeding factor deficiency) and FVII concentrate potency. Calibrate with Plasma Calibrator (222101). RUO.

  • R4: 4 x 25 mL of Tris-BSA Buffer, at pH 7.40.
