ELISA for Factor VII (FVII) antigen quantification in human plasma. 96-test microplate format. Research use only.

Immunological FVII measurement enables classification of FVII deficiency as Type I (reduced antigen and activity) or Type II (normal antigen, reduced activity). FVII antigen is also used in research studying the extrinsic coagulation pathway, FVII pharmacokinetics in factor concentrate studies, and tissue factor-VIIa complex formation.
