BIOPHEN™ Factor VIIa is a chromogenic assay for activated Factor VII (FVIIa) activity in purified medium. For monitoring recombinant FVIIa (NovoSevenŽ/Eptacog alfa) bypassing agent therapy in hemophilia A/B patients with inhibitors. Components: R1 (tissue factor + FX + phospholipids + CaCl?), R2 (FXa substrate). Calibrator (226301) and Control Set (224901) available separately. RUO.
