Tris-NaCl Buffer with Bovine Serum Albumin (pH 7.40). Composition: Tris 0.05 M, NaCl 0.15 M, BSA 1%, Sodium Azide. 1 × 50 mL. Research use.

BSA-supplemented Tris-NaCl buffer that reduces non-specific protein adsorption to tube and cuvette surfaces during coagulation factor dilutions. BSA fraction stabilizes coagulation factor activity during preparation steps. Used as diluent for calibrators, controls, and samples in chromogenic and clotting assays where protein stabilization is required.
