Anti-IIa clotting assay for quantitative measurement of direct thrombin inhibitors (DTIs) in human citrated plasma. Based on inhibition of a constant, defined concentration of thrombin by the DTI in the sample.

Validated for Dabigatran (Pradaxa®), Argatroban (Argatra®/Arganova®/Novastan®), and Bivalirudin. CE-IVD.
