Lyophilized human citrated plasma immunodepleted for Factor V (FV). Residual FV activity <1%. CE-IVD. 1 × 1 mL.

Substrate for one-stage FV clotting activity assays. Also the essential substrate component in the HEMOCLOT™ Quanti.VL Factor V Leiden quantitative assay. FV Leiden mutation (the most common hereditary thrombophilia) causes activated Protein C (APC) resistance — this FV-depleted plasma isolates the FV contribution for accurate APC resistance measurement.

  • Residual FV activity <1%
  • Use with PT-Phen™ for FV assay; or with HEMOCLOT™ Quanti.VL for FVL quantification
  • All other factors within normal range
  • CE-IVD
