Two-site ELISA for total TAFI antigen (thrombin-activatable fibrinolysis inhibitor) in plasma. TAFI and TAFIa are measured equally. CE-IVD available.

High total TAFI is associated with a hypofibrinolytic state, increasing thrombosis risk. Calibrator expressed as % of normal pooled human plasma, precisely determined with three reference plasma pools. 96-test plate ELISA.
