Two-site ELISA for PAI-1 (plasminogen activator inhibitor-1) antigen in human plasma. Measures all PAI-1 molecular forms: free active, free latent, free inactive, and PAI-1 complexed with tPA, uPA, and vitronectin.

Elevated PAI-1 impairs fibrinolysis and is associated with increased cardiovascular risk, metabolic syndrome, insulin resistance, and thrombosis. 96-test plate ELISA.
