ZYMUTEST™ PAI-1 Antigen is an ELISA for measuring Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor-1 (PAI-1) antigen. PAI-1 is the primary inhibitor of tPA and uPA. Elevated PAI-1 associated with thrombotic risk, metabolic syndrome, and post-MI outcomes. Must collect samples in morning (diurnal variation). 96-test microplate kit. RUO.
