ELISA for von Willebrand Factor (vWF) antigen quantification in human plasma. 96-test format.

vWF antigen (vWF:Ag) is the primary measurement for von Willebrand disease diagnosis and monitoring. This ELISA method provides a reference-method alternative for vWF:Ag when automated latex turbidimetric methods are unavailable. For complete vWD characterization, pair with ZYMUTEST™ vWF:CBA (collagen binding activity) to identify qualitative multimer defects.
