CEPHEN LS is a lupus-sensitive aPTT reagent with HIGH sensitivity to lupus anticoagulant (LA). Designed for the ISTH-recommended LA screening algorithm: pair with standard CEPHEN (low LA sensitivity) to calculate the aPTT LA screening ratio. A prolonged CEPHEN LS result with normal standard CEPHEN suggests LA presence. Liquid, ready-to-use. Compatible with Sysmex CA/CS/CN, Werfen ACL TOPŽ, Stago STA-RŽ.
