BIOPHEN™ Factor X is a chromogenic assay for FX activity in human citrated plasma. Uses Russell's Viper Venom (RVV) to activate FX, then measures FXa with chromogenic substrate. For FX deficiency diagnosis and research. Components: R1 (4x2.5 mL), R2 (4x2.5 mL), R3 (4x5 mL). Calibrate with Plasma Calibrator (222101). RUO.

  • R2: 4 x 2.5 mL vials of highly purified FX activating enzyme (RVV e x tracted from snake venom), lyophilized.
  • R3: 4 x 5 mL 10 x concentrated Tris-NaCl buffer. Contains sodium azide.
