ELISA method for the measurement of IgG isotype auto antibodies targeted to protein Z. Assay designed with highly purified human protein Z, obtained with non-denaturing methods, for autoantibody immunocapture. These are then revealed with a goat antibody specific for IgG, Fcγ fragments, and labeled with peroxidase.
