The 5-PROTEIN Euglobulin fraction concentrates plasminogen, tissue plasminogen activator (tPA), and fibrinogen while removing inhibitors, providing the substrate and reference for the ECLT — a global measure of fibrinolytic activity used to study hyperfibrinolysis, hypofibrinolysis (PAI-1/tPA balance), and thrombolytic agents. Pairs with the Aniara Lysis Timer for automated clot-lysis measurement. For research use, not for diagnostic procedures.
